All serial numbers and contents are recorded and photographed prior to shipping.
Tamper-evident stickers/seals, when applied, must remain unaltered for a return to be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the returned item is not in original condition.
Watches will be re-authenticated before returns are approved.
