You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Item must be returned in exactly the same condition as received.

Brand new/stickered watches must be unworn, with all factory stickers, tags, protective films, and accessories intact.

Used watches must show no additional wear, tampering, or modification.

All serial numbers and contents are recorded and photographed prior to shipping.

Tamper-evident stickers/seals, when applied, must remain unaltered.

Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the returned item is not in its original condition.

We will re‑authenticate every watch before approving a return. If your return meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the watch. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
