You represent that you are at least 18 years old or using the Site under parental or guardian supervision. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We accept payments by wire transfer or other approved methods. First‐time buyers may not use credit cards, unfortunately. Returning clients may pay by credit card but will be charged a 4% processing fee. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars, and you are responsible for any sales tax, shipping, customs duties, or other charges that apply.

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

• Item must be returned in exactly the same condition as received.

• Brand new/stickered watches must be unworn, with all factory stickers, tags, protective films, and accessories intact.

• Used watches must show no additional wear, tampering, or modification.

• All serial numbers and contents are recorded and photographed prior to shipping.

• Tamper-evident stickers/seals, when applied, must remain unaltered.

• Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the returned item is not in its original condition.

• We will re‑authenticate every watch before approving a return. If your return meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the watch. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

All products are sold “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We strive to accurately describe and photograph our watches, but we do not guarantee that descriptions are error‑free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any product. Your sole remedy for any issue is a refund or replacement under our Return Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a Broward County, Florida court.
